We provide a wide range of arboricultural services but at the same time are small enough to give our customers individual attention and a personal service, which you may not experience from larger companies.

• If you contact Peter Stopford Tree Specialists for a free consultation and quotation for your tree or hedge work, you will find our staff polite, helpful and obliging. We will arrange a time, suitable for you, to visit your property and advise you on your needs. We can then either give you a quotation at the time of the consultation or send you a detailed quotation in the post.
  
  
• It is important to remember that when you receive the quotation there will be no hidden costs – the price we quote is a guaranteed price, which includes removal of all prunings and waste produced by our work (unless otherwise required by you).
  
  
• We’re flexible - we can tailor our service to the needs of customers who require tree and hedge work to be carried out within a restricted budget. These options can be discussed at the time of the consultation.
  
  
• For domestic customers there will be no long sheets of terms and conditions attached to the quotation that require careful study and could mean a higher price before the work is completed. We operate a ‘common sense’ based and ethical approach to our work, aiming to provide a quality service at all times within our price guarantee.
  
  
• You will find all of our operators who carry out the work polite and helpful to deal with. They are also fully trained and experienced in carrying out arboricultural work. This means that they are able to provide you with the highest quality service.
  
  
• Peter Stopford Tree Specialists liaise with the relevant local authorities on your behalf to check whether any of your trees are protected by Tree Preservation Orders. This will give you the confidence that no work will be carried out on your trees which violates these protecting orders.
  
  
• You can accept our competitive quotation either by post, telephone or email, whichever is most suitable for you, following which we will arrange a date for your work to be carried out.
  
  
• On completion of works, we will send you a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Peter Stopford Tree Specialists and giving you the opportunity to tell us how you feel about our work is important to us.
